1. Bookings and Deposits

A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer (typically 30% of the total package price) are required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due prior to the event date as specified in your contract.

2. Cancellations

If you cancel your event, the retainer is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event may require full payment, as it is unlikely we can rebook the date on short notice.

3. Delivery of Images

Edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within 4-6 weeks for weddings, and 2-3 weeks for portrait sessions. We provide high-resolution digital files with personal print rights.

4. Artistic Style

By hiring Statten Image, you acknowledge that you have viewed our portfolio and are hiring us for our specific photographic and editing style. We do not provide unedited RAW files.
